We use VoIP phones & have since it was first introduced several years ago. It seems there has been an intermittent software bug. IE: some phone calls would go through fine while others would go straight to voice mail without the phone lines ever ringing. More over were we not receiving the voice mails.

We just spent the better part of a hour on the phone with tech support & after testing the system at great length it seems that the problem has been resolved.
