We are Very Proud to Welcome Paul Jackson of Blackberry Smoke to the Voodoo Family!

Blackberry Smoke is one of the select few that has forged their own unique sound. Founded in 2001 & often described as Southern Rock meets Country Rock, their live shows are nothing short of stunning! Having toured with such acts as Zac Brown Band, Eric Church, ZZ Top, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Gov't Mule & any more the band is quickly gaining popularity as one of the fore most touring acts on the scene today.

Blackberry Smoke released their fifth studio album "Like an Arrow" on October 14th, 2016 via their own record label, 3 Legged Records. The album landed at #1 on the US Billboard Country & Americana / Folk charts as well as the UK Rock & Independent Albums charts during release week. Past record labels include Southern Ground & Rounder Records.

Tone Hound - Paul Jackson has a great collection of guitars favoring Les Pauls as of late with P90's & P100's as well as Vintage Style 'PAF' humbuckers. Voodoo Amps President / Founder Trace Davis specifically designed a new circuit for Paul to match his playing style & use of vintage style pickups. Trace installed the circuit into a Marshall JCM800 2204 50 watter (see photo) complete with EL34 Power Tubes & 12AX7 Preamp Tubes.
